info on the Phoenix clan

Theirs a land separted into two.

one for fire wielder

one for ice wielders

each have a clan ruleing one of the lands
and they help each other out...but what if
the people in the lands don't want to help each other? Weaking the truce? How do they strengthen the truce?easy! Make their children marry each other!
