Caught Between a Rock and Hard Place

A Irish ship in the late eighteen hundreds, bringing Irish Men, Women and Children to North America gets caught in a freak storm off the coast of Newfoundland Canada and is forced to take shelter on a small island off the coast called Fogo Island.

While trapped there, an old hatred between the Irish and the English that results in something so horrifying that is that it tear open nature itself.
