It was the last week of their 3rd year they were About to graduate. Kageyama noticed that Hinata had been distant and not himself.

Kageyama and Hinata had been dating since the end of their first year.

He began to get worried that Hinata was going to break up with him.
Out of fear he did something that would destroy both of them.
