Hafeezah has always been that obedient child, even through to adulthood, obedience that extends to her in-laws. It's a trait of hers that seems to go unnoticed and the treatment towards her exhausts her soul.

In the midst of all the chaos, while she feels her head is just above the water, the weight of the world on her shoulders ready to drag her under, she makes an unexpected friend. As the friendship grows, Hafeezah's mind opens up to a life different from the one she accepted.
