Photon: The Blue Flash

After being kidnapped and experimented on by the IGH Research laboratory as a child, Y/N L/N escapes with his newfound powers. Unconscious and bleeding out, Y/N is found by the blind martial arts master, Stick, who takes him in and helps him to recover, teaching him how to fight in the process.

A year later Y/N is approached by Phil Coulson on behalf of S.H.I.E.L.D. From that day onwards, Y/N's life changes and he becomes mixed up in all sorts of world threatening events as part of Earth's Mightiest Heroes. The Avengers.
