Eugene was born with a weak body. His parents didn't know what to do and his medical bills were piling up slowly. One day, when Eugene was 4 his parents were contacted by a scientist who said he can help him. Eugene was taken in by that scientist who actually used Eugene as an experiment. Years later Eugene became an assassin that most don't know of. What happens when someone asks the Armed detective Agency to find him?
