Yumehara nozomi, a regular student finds a magical book called the dream collect in the library and meets coco and nuts two creatures from the palmier kingdom. They plead with nozomi to restore their world, which has been destroyed by an organization called the nightmares, by completing the dream collet and finding the 55 pinkles to make any wish come true. Then, thirteen card decks were created for thirteen kamen rider. They make contracts with monsters from the mysterious mirror world, a parallel dimension opposite to our own in which only the kamen rider can exist. The riders draw on their monster strength in exchange for feeding them the life force of the creatures they destroy.the creator of the advent card has only one kamen rider. The other must be killed, and the sole victor will be granted a single wish, which leads to a conflict known as the rider war. All over the city, innocent people are being mysteriously abducted, during his college tokyo name kashu hirayuki.
