a short story told through the eyes of coffee encounters. henry byrd is suffering affixation with the ruffle haired boy, blessed by light that blooms flowers against his face. lavish white calalilies who overflow their green ponds in calamities. he's coddling a soft hearted, warm finger tipped, doe eyed admiration, and he's nursing it through the sweet taste of coffee breaks.
