He became a popular figure after he saved the life of a little girl who required an immediate heart transplant. During the interview, they talk casually and this leads him to reveal about his ex-girlfriend Dr Aarushi Singh who was his everything. Pallavi comes to know that Ahaan deliberately broke up with her due to a reason which shattered him to the core.
