Izuku Midoriya has never been the happiest kid in life. He hasn't been the most accepted either. He constantly deals with bullying and abuse from both his bullies and his mother. Izuku loved his mother with all his heart. If she wanted to abuse him...

His Mother is his world, and also all he has. His father left him at a young age and his mother has blamed him ever since. He's malnourished and completely broken and bruised. He goes to school and flinches at the slightest noise. He has been like that since Elementary school.
