In a world where a girl named Abbey feel completely and utterly alone she starts a diary and names it alone because that is what she felt.

this is basically a diary of someone who has depression, anxiety and anorexia. I wanted to make this book because I want to talk about how serious mental health is and because I love writing.

Also if you like a story format better I'm writing another book, it's the same plot and same title (it's called 'alone (story style)') just in a story format instead of a diary.

Both stories will include letters and stuff like that.
