Introduction

This is a world ruled by Men. When a woman turns sixteen , she is to become a slave for the man who claims her. They are considered a disgrace if not claimed.

When Kiara turns Sixteen , she is not thriving for her claiming ceremony like most women. Instead she makes a plan to run away. With the help of her friend Atlas she manages to move to a different city.

Little does she know , Kiara finds herself in a situation worse than before. Confusion and worry clouds her mind as she finds herself thinking that maybe running away was not a very good plan.
