Prologue

Fionn Gallagen is very good at what he does. Some would even argue that he's the best of them all. As a young Irish immigrant in 1895 Manhattan, he grew up with no other choice but to steal so he could provide for his sick mother. After an offer of mentorship from Hell's Kitchen's most revered and most hated mobster, his life is sealed to one of crime, betrayal and gore. Still, Fionn wouldn't have it any other way.

Despite the cash, infamy and power, his dangerous lifestyle begins to catch up to him. Things take a sharp turn for Fionn very quickly and he finds himself facing disorder and conflict directly in the face, all while trying his hardest to be right by his mother's side and avoid the pain of falling in love.
