This is a collection of short, witty true stories in the professional life of an intern in a customer service office in Lagos.

It's the centre core for complaints, enquiries, requests, and lots of witty moments as I learn from both clients and colleagues in this fast pace workplace.

Musings of a customer service Intern is an ongoing, open-ended series because whenever a client calls, walks in or my colleagues act out, I get a great story to muse about.
