He went to the manor unwillingly, but the future said that he will go into it and he cannot escape it, unless he wants to suffer the consequences. During that time period his twin brother died from illness which cause him to get obsessed with photography. Why he came to the manor it's still unknown, some says it's to get more people in his photo world.
