A good friend of Elisabet Sobeck, Jardon Chaves is the founder and CEO of Chaves International, an enterprise created to build huge, self-building, self-run networking towers across the globe to decrease internet traffic and help countries communicate more effectively. Jardon is working on a prototype when he gets a call from his old friend Dr. Sobeck.
