She pulled it open, and found herself face to face with the Captain as he exited the men's room. He looked down at her with nonchalance as her breath hitched in her throat. He closed the door behind him, and cleared his throat. Oh god, Jessica thought. Oh god oh god oh god. "Miss Allen," he said, "Nice to see you again." Jessica nodded apprehensively. She was sure it was just her, but the tension and draw she felt toward him was unmistakable. "Captain," she nodded, feeling awkward calling someone by their title. "Captain," he repeated back and chuckled. He could sense her uncertainty. "It's Theo to you." She felt a twinge of embarrassment and decided to make up for it with cheekiness. "Miss Allen," she said slowly, "It's Jessica to you." His lips parted slightly and he quickly licked them. His action was in no way meant to seduce her, yet she felt heat rise in her cheeks. The lighting was just dark enough in that intimate hallway though, and he did not notice her change in color. She eyed him quizzically. "After you,'' he murmured in a low tone, never breaking eye contact.
