Chapter 1: Soldier

In 1984, Victor Vance had traveled to Vice City to join the military in order to pay his brother's medical bills. But all is not well following his arrival: he is kicked out of the army due to a misunderstanding, and once he does get a great job, he is attacked by a local gang, thus costing him the job. With the streets replete with crime and violence, Vic's only hope to survive to making money for his family would be to adapt to crime life, starting with building empires of his own.

The storyline of Vice City Stories, but with some changes and improvements.
