Prologue

Miki Aguta spent her entire childhood hiding and lying to everyone she knew. Desperate for a fresh start to be someone, she packs up and moves across the country to California. She has everything planned out from her job to her living space and she knows that she has to stick to the plan if she wants to make it in life. Despite having everything planned down to the smallest detail, one small chance encounter with one of her new bosses threatens to expose her well hidden secret.
