Evelyn is like most ladies you would have met: Kind, caring, ambitious and a go-getter. Evelyn loves animals and tries to help animals where she can.
She was once in love with a dashing man by the name of Hugh Ransom Drysdale. A man who seemed to be in love with Evelyn.
After falling victim to his ways, Evelyn saw Ransom for who he really was.
She does have one problem: She still has strong feelings for Ransom. No matter how hard she tries, she always gets drawn back to him.
To make matters worse, Evelyn is an aspiring writer and the only person who can help her is Harlan Thrombey, a world renowned mystery author...who is also Ransom's grandfather.
