Meet Jessica Markus. After her parents died in a tragic plane crash, she struggles to come to terms with their death. She moves in with her grandparents who live in Brambleberry Circle. But the thing is, in Brambleberry Circle, there was no house number 13. In fact, it just skipped right from #12 to #14 and nobody knew why.
