Chapter 1

"I don't want to leave you..." She sniffled, the tears falling rapidly from her eyes.
"It's for the best." He replied in a cool tone, his back to her. He could feel his own emotions attacking him fiercely.
She nodded, knowing he spoke truth. Without another word, she walked out of the house, and out of his life.
