Donna Sheridan has finally married the love of her life Sam Carmichael. 21 years after they first met. Soph and Sky were off travelling for the year, Donna and Sam have so many plans for the hotel and their upcoming honey moon everything is happy and joyful. but just 4 years after their happily ever after, donna gets sick, something everybody in the family was dreading especially Sophie and Sam.
