Having been sucked into a dangerous world, Jake soon realises that the Demon girl, Alexa Frostbite, isn't quite the monster from the legends and the world is much more interesting than he ever dreamed it to be. Or wanted it to be. After his mother goes missing, he accompanies Alexa to find the kidnapper himself, whom she believes to in fact be her brother - the man responsible for the deaths of her parents all those years ago. Following the appearance of demonic creatures, the disappearance of any sense of normalcy, Jake and Alexa must venture into worlds unknown as the supernatural collide on the streets of Manchester and New York city.
