Prologue

Hotaru Todoroki shared a lot of things with her twin brother Shoto, but their Mother's beloved Ice Quirk wasn't want of them. Regardless of appearance, the girl couldn't create ice at all.

Hotaru began to grow in anger at her Father for ignoring her and her brother for being better than her. She knew she had potential, and she was going to teach the great Endeavor a lesson.
