He was my friend and you shot him!" Savanna cries. "Stop being stupid. Let's get out of here." "No! Let me go!" Savanna growls. --- An apocalypse is among us and no one is safe. Zombies eat humans to survive, and humans kill zombies to survive. It's the natural order of the zombie apocalypse, but when a human girl named Savanna meets a zombie boy that isn't like any other she befriends him. He's confused and terrified of both kinds and is frustrated when he can't speak or understand the zombie's language. Why is this particular zombie different? Will he change like the others and kill the humans, or stay the way he is?
