Arthur Mills is the Democrat representative and it's coming up to the election as he runs against Republican and his ex Sarah Fisher. His campaign manager Nora believes that the Republican Party are trying to cheat so enlists Billie Dean Howard to spy on them from the inside. Lana Winters the reporter reporting on the Presidential Election finds love with one of the Democrats.
