Never mess with an English Punk!

Arthur wanted to try something new and went to the worldmeeting, which was hosted this time by Alfred in Las Vegas, as a Punk. After that he went to a bar followed by Francis and showed him a unkown side of his personality.

I had the idea for this Oneshot during a bus ride. I don't usually write fanfictions, I hope that this isn't too bad.
