"May I sit in a goddess presence?" I didn't know who he was so I shrugged and he sat. We sat like that for a while, me trying to catch Muriel's attention at the bar after two minutes. I wanted a drink. "Are you trying to find an excuse to leave or do you just know that woman behind the bar?" I stare at him. "She's an old friend. I wanted a drink and wanted her to bring something I would like." I say. I look towards him to see if he will reply. When I don't get any I turn to look at her again. "Here," he says. I turn to him and he has a glass on the table. "I'm sorry but I cant accept that. Excuse me." As I turn to leave. He tries to say something to me but I just walk towards Muriel and catch her attention. "Can you make me a drink?, I'm thirsty." I say. She nods and turns to start to make my drink. "Here you go Somya, I hope you like it. It's light and -" and Muriel stops and stares behind me. I look behind me also and see the man from the table right behind me. "I'm sorry, do you need anything?" I asked the man. Muriel turns red and starts to speak with a voice of respect, "I'm sorry Lord. My friend hasn't been out in the gods and goddess realm very much. How can I assist you?". He turns towards Muriel "What's your name?" he says with a voice of ice. "Muriel Morningstar. Daughter of Lucifer Morningstar" "What is your friend's name?" he says. "Somya ShadowBorn - Daughter of Demeter" she finishes. "And yours?" I say out loud. "Hades - Lord of the Underworld and Ruler of the dead". ---- Well, my first story on here. I don't know where this will go but I enjoy a journey and hope you enjoy it.
