When Wesley Oliver's English teacher assigned a class project, he didn't expect to be paired with Layla Mulberry, the mean yet most popular girl at Easton Bridge High School. She's blonde, rich, and the captain of the cheerleading squad. Knowing her, Wesley expects to do all the work and be ignored by her but that's not how it goes. In a matter of days, Layla begins acting strange and makes surprising actions instead of being her usual self.
