People soon began to develop these "abilities", if you could even call them that. You see, normally, this would be amazing. But, this was nothing like the movies. Your "abilities" were based on your greatest fears in life. You are afraid of sharks? Great, you can now control them! Soon, those who recognized their power and the influence that they had over the world, where placed in a rank higher than any other. For a while, those few people were actually very fair, helping people realize that these "abilities" were truly a gift. But, like all things, someone ruined it all.
