Spot Conlon, the King of Brooklyn, has a sister. A twin sister! Though Spot and Jess are not biological siblings, they rule Brooklyn as brother and sister. Jess Conlon could be Spot's clone. They act and think the same way, they even look alike! Jess is also Spot's most important spy. The two have a long history together, and have a strong bond.
