tears started to well up in my eyes. I just could not believe it. It felt like I was going through every stage of grief at once. I felt frail, like a slight breeze could make me crumble.

This change was fast, unpredictable, and scary. I knew few things for certain, my life could not be the same after this, and I had to follow through with my feelings. Then I knew that thinking about this made me feel warm.
