Sixteen year old Axis has been homeless for seven years. He never had a great life but when his closest friend betrays him, it gets even worse when he ends up in a foster home.

Newly registered in high school, he immediately becomes best friends with a boy a year older than him and over six hundred thousand dollars richer. Alexander had any and everything he's ever wanted. Everything that is except a friend at home. A husky puppy.

One day after school, the two somehow end up in a old magic shop. The old lady who works there, mysteriously staring at them with such kind eyes despite her evil looking exterior.

What happens when only one of the boys comes out the same?
