When Hermione Granger gets hit with a flash of Turquoise light during the battle of Hogwarts, she wakes up in the hospital wing. Face to face with two very familiar faces. Her best friend's parent and Godfather: James Potter and Sirius Black.

With no known way of returning to the future, Hermione begins to tweak and twist things, in the hope of saving innocent lives.
