After a tough year, Seth decides he needs a fresh new start in another town. He finds himself living in Boulder, Colorado in a two-bedroom house with a man he knows very little about. Jace is a stunning 28-year-old who seems to have his life figured out, he has a career, a house, and good friends. But is his life still missing something else?
