Shuichi Sahara noticed a boy that he never realised existed, he sees this boy as perfect and wants to be with him no matter the cost. His obsession grows so unhealthy that he want more that to see an wants to be "intimate"(spell that wrong i think) he know kokichi wouldn't want to be with him so he figures he would grow on him if he was with him 24/7.
