Summary
This is based 12 years after Stefan's sacrifice.
Caroline visits Stefan every month and on special occasions every thing is normal until something feels different when she visits him but she doesn't know what, so she goes to Bonnie about it who can sense life in Stefan's grave. Could Stefan be in there if so how is he alive after he was surely killed when he sacrificed himself. Read to find out what happens next.
