In this short story, inspired by the Linny ship from Harry Potter, Luna goes through the important steps of trying to propose to Ginny on her birthday. Follow Luna through the obstacles of their love and the obstacles of trying to propose. Ideas and advice all get served to Luna but what is the right thing?
