The institution

It's the year 3030. The world is different. Summer and Skye are identical twins. It seems quite rare, but since no one has seen twins since the 2800's these girls are a big deal. There is also another thing different about 3030, families don't exist. Summer and Skye are the only people with family in the whole of England, they have each other.
