She promised 'that person' that she will enter the Tower when she's ready. And so she did, accompanying the boy she's grown fond of after befriending him in that lonely cave; despite knowing she'll have to fulfill the promise she's not ready to fulfill just yet. In which Headon grins, knowing he released a monster and someone promised to the Tower.
