Basically, Beverly risks her sleep sneaking an unconscious, half-naked, greek-god-looking man who was head-to-toe covered in blood, up her room without any thoughts of what she was doing. After all, she was half-asleep when she cleaned the stranger, carried his unconscious body on to the bed and fell asleep hugging him. Did she take off his hoodie that he never takes off? Yes she did.
