What if perfect was a mistake?

Lilli lives in futuristic world where, due to natural and chemical reasons, some people are granted powers. When the cities they live in turn on them and force them and everyone around them to forget who they are and what they can do for the sake of being perfect. A gang of fifty fights against this; none are older than 16 because at 16 the wash is inflicted on them. When a mysterious man comes and states he is her father and he lives in a city where people like them are accepted, Lilli must choose between present life or what she could be.
