The Red Notice has been Hydra's most efficient and lethal task force for all of its history. Through the years it has seen many great leaders rise and fall, but none have been more revered than (Y/N)(L/N) and Georges Batroc. Raised by the people that assisted in her Mother's work-which lead to some of Hydra's greatest technological advancements- (Y/N) was a natural fighter and a fierce leader. Until one night, in the middle of the Indian Ocean, her plans get thrown off by a man equally loyal to his party: Captain Steve Rogers.
