Gaano nga ba katotoo ang kaibigang kasa-kasama mo sa bawat ikot ng mundo.

Jezel and her friends decided to have a 5 days vacation in San Antonio Province. At sa hindi inaasahang pangyayare they are in a game trouble and there's no way going out on the game. This game test their trust on how they value their friendship despite that the mechanics of the game is to kill each other. No matter how they refuse to play it they have no choice because they are obligue to do it.
