Every year for 24 hours all crime is legal all across America.

Louis, 24, is never one to participate in the purge but this year is different. This year he is angry and seeks revenge.

Harry, 22, is recently homeless. He's never participated in the purge but he might just have to since he has nowhere safe for him. That doesn't stop him from trying to find a safe place.
