It's the morning of the reaping for the 4th Quarter Quell, 25 years after the second rebellion. With President Alma Coin in control, life has never been harder for people in the districts. Sequoia Attwood, a young girl from District 7, has been reaped for the Quarter Quell. And this year, the Hunger Games are even harder for the unfortunate tributes selected. It will be a difficult journey with many losses, but will Sequoia overcome it? Will she even survive? Every life in Panem seems to belong to the Capitol - no one is safe.
