The 23 year old FBI agent is working with his older half brother Charles, and his girlfriend, Betty Cooper, to figure out how to catch the Lodge family in their illegal acts. They find that their daughter is in a alcohol/drug rehab therapy group. So, they send Forsythe in as Jughead Jones to see if he could get close enough the girl to be brought behind the scenes of her family's illegal business. You might be wondering why they didn't have Betty do it, but we'll get to they why later. But, things didn't go as planned. Especially as someone may be hoping he could help her out. Help her out of her family's illegal life. He doesn't want to one day have to break the doors in and arrest them all. He wants to help her.
