Arlo is trained to adhere to the hierarchy, just like everyone else. Rei believes that everyone, no matter how strong, should be treated equally. It's Rei's last year at Wellston High and it's his job to prepare Arlo to become King once he leaves. How can these two change Wellston, when they have completely different ideologies? And how will they change each other?
