Prologue

Some kids in a small town in Oregon have begun to develop some...peculiar abilities. These people are call them selves, "the elementals ". They choose to live together, away from society, and keep their entire existence a secret. As to not live in fear of hurting someone, or being hurt. The elementals lived peacefully...that is, until hunters found out about them.
Meet your protagonist, Maya. She is a young elemental. Trying her best to survive, and keep her powers hidden. For the protection of herself, and her kind.
